The Motherlode Canyon Band was formed in 1993 in Park City, Utah. The Early roots were acoustic…. folk, bluegrass & blues and packed coffee houses were the scene. The band's strong vocals, guitar work and energy soon brought exposure to the Park City social scene and we took off. Playing everything from small private parties to large concerts, from major nightclubs to television, the band added more players and expanded our music to included more rock….classic, roll and progressive. We've now performed in 5 states, including Washington, D.C., and had great exposure at the 2002 Olympics where, among other appearances, we opened for Sheryl Crow at her Park City show. It's been an awesome ride, so far, and we deeply appreciate all our friends, supporters and especially everyone who's hired us over the years.
